摘要
在人工智能新时代,新技术、新产业、新业态、新模式等经济新形态对技术技能人才提出了新要求,迫切需要适应智能时代的创新型、复合型人才。职业教育在人工智能时代发生了深刻变革,呈现出新的特征。基于“双核双螺旋,双向双主体”人才培养模式,将素质与技能、教书与育人、智能技术与人才培养相融合,通过改变人才培养观念、教学理念、教学模式和教学评价,提升人才培养目标规格、课程内涵与深度、课堂教学效果、教师教学能力和教学诊改水平,能够有效促进教师能教善教,激发学生勤学乐学,培养适应人工智能时代社会和生产服务的创新型、复合型技术技能人才。
In the new era of artificial intelligence, new technologies, industries, forms of business, models and other new economic forms have put forward new demands for technical and skilled talents, and the innovative and compound talents are urgently needed to adapt to the era of intelligence. Vocational education has undergone profound changes and presented new characteristics in the era of artificial intelligence. This paper builds the “dual-core double helix, two-way double main body” talent training model based on the integration of quality and skills, teaching and education, intelligent technology and talent training. It can effectively promote teachers to teach well, stimulate students to study hard and enjoy learning, and cultivate innovative and compound technical and skilled talents who adapt to the society and production services in the era of AI, through changing the concept of talent training, teaching concept, teaching model and teaching evaluation, and enhancing the talent cultivation target specification, the connotation and depth of the course, the effect of classroom teaching, teachers’ teaching ability, and teaching evaluation and improvement level.
