摘要
高职劳动教育是近些年来因劳动教育从兼容性载体走向相对独立的身份斐变,而在实施类型教育的高职中形成的独立“一育”,并成为高职院校“五育”并举的前提条件。目前,由于理论研究滞后和课程体系缺失等原因,高职劳动教育的实施出现困境。“五育”融合逻辑中的高职劳动教育仍以育人为终极目标,通过劳动教育内容实现交融,但以职业为全程关切的高职课程重心也将使劳动教育的愿景发生改变。基于“五育”融合的高职劳动教育改革及行动,应重点关注高职劳动教育的基础理论研究和应用设计、课程制度化实施与动态监测、课堂革命及教学评价改革。
In recent years, labor education in higher vocational colleges has changed rapidly from a compatible carrier to a relatively independent identity, has formed an independent education in the implementation of type education in higher vocational colleges, and has become a prerequisite for the “simultaneous development of five education” in higher vocational colleges. At present, due to the lag of theoretical research and the lack of curriculum system, the implementation of higher vocational labor education is in trouble. Higher vocational labor education in the logic of “integration of five educations” still takes educating people as the ultimate goal, and realizes integration through the content of labor education. However, the focus of higher vocational curriculum, which takes occupation as the whole concern, will also change the vision of labor education. The reform and action of higher vocational labor education based on “five education integration” should focus on the basic theoretical research and application design of higher vocational labor education, the implementation and dynamic monitoring of curriculum institutionalization, classroom revolution and teaching evaluation reform.
