肠道微生物群在肝胆胰恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

Research progress of gut microbiome in hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignancies

近年来研究发现肠道微生物群在肝胆胰恶性肿瘤中有着重要的作用。笔者就肠道微生物群与肝细胞癌、胆管癌、胰腺癌的相关性,以及通过肠道微生物群相关治疗在肝胆胰恶性肿瘤的研究进展进行了综述,探讨肠道微生物群在临床治疗肝胆胰恶性肿瘤的应用价值。

In recent years,studies have demonstrated that the gut microbiome may play an important role in hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignancies.In this article,the authors address the association of the gut microbiome with hepatocellular carcinoma,cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic cancer,and the research progress of the gut microbiome in the treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignancies,so as to discuss the application value of the gut microbiome in clinical treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignancies.
