京津冀区域海洋旅游资源评价及整合策略研究

Evaluation and integration strategy of marine tourism resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

通过构建海洋旅游资源评价指标体系,并建立海洋旅游资源禀赋、丰度和绩效评价模型,重点对京津冀沿海地区已开发的海洋旅游资源进行定量化评价。结果表明:河北省秦皇岛市凭借自然类海洋旅游资源、天津市滨海新区凭借人文类海洋旅游资源成为京津冀区域海洋旅游资源高禀赋地区,唐山市各类海洋旅游资源禀赋比较均衡,沧州市海洋旅游资源相对贫乏;京津冀区域海洋旅游资源丰度呈现不均衡性;现阶段京津冀沿海地区海洋旅游资源对当地旅游经济的影响存在比较明显的差异性;各地区间海洋旅游资源相互促进的作用还不显著。因此应该从旅游吸引物、旅游活动主题、旅游品牌和旅游线路四个方面进行整合,以实现京津冀区域海洋旅游产业的协同发展。

By constructing a marine tourism resources evaluation index system and establishing a marine tourism resources endowment, abundance and performance evaluation model, the study focuses on the quantitative evaluation of the developed marine tourism resources in the coastal areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. According to the results,Qinhuangdao City of Hebei Province by virtue of natural marine tourism resources and Tianjin Binhai New Area by virtue of humanistic marine tourism resources have become high marine tourism resources endowment areas in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Tangshan City’s various kinds of marine tourism resources endowment are more balanced, and the marine tourism resources of Cangzhou City are relatively poor. In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, there exists unevenness in marine tourism resources abundance. At this stage, in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coastal areas, there are obvious differences in the effects of marine tourism resources on local tourism economy, and mutual promoting effects of marine tourism resources aren’t significant among areas. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt integration strategies from four aspects of tourist attractions, tourism activity themes, tourism brands and tourist routes to achieve the synergistic development of marine tourism industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
