融合教育背景下巡回指导教师实践性知识的质性研究

摘要 在融合教育高质量发展的时代背景下,基于教师实践性知识理论,采用质性研究,以巡回指导教师为研究对象,探究其实践性知识的特征。研究发现,巡回指导教师与普通教师的实践性知识有类似的结构,涵盖关于教育信念、学生、课程与教学、学校及教师的知识;但巡回指导教师具有“关于家长的知识”这一相较于普通教师更为重要和独特的部分;其“关于学生的知识”则是联结巡回指导教师实践性知识各成分的关键纽带。 Under the background of high quality development of inclusive education,based on the theory of teachers’practical knowledge,this paper adopts the qualitative research paradigm and takes the itinerant teachers as the research object to explore and analyze the characteristics of their practical knowledge.The study finds that the practical knowledge of itinerant teachers has a similar structure to that of ordinary teachers:it includes knowledge about educational beliefs,students,curriculum and instruction,schools and teachers.Itinerant teachers have a“knowledge about parents”that is a more important and unique component of general education;the“knowledge about students”is the key link that connects the practical knowledge components of the itinerant teachers.
