新时代我国特殊教育师资建设回顾与展望 被引量:2

摘要 自党的十八大以来,我国特殊教育事业取得了长足进展,其中特殊教育师资建设跟随时代发展表现出新的特点。进入新时代,特殊教育师资相关政策体系趋于完善,师资队伍逐渐壮大,质量逐步提升,为特殊教育高质量发展打下坚实基础,其中师范生培养、在职特殊教育教师培训能力水平与特殊教育教师融合教育素质都得到一定的提升。在目前特殊教育师资建设基础上,需要关注乡村融合教育教师发展、调整师资结构并打造特殊教育教师学习共同体。 Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the cause of special education in China has made great progress,among which the construction of special education teachers shows new characteristics with the development of the times.Entering the new era,the policy system related to special education teachers tends to be perfected,the teacher team is gradually expanded,and the quality of teachers is gradually improved,which lays a solid foundation for the high-quality development of special education.Among them,the training of normal university students,in-service special education teacher training and inclusive education quality of special education teachers have been improved to a certain degree.On the basis of the current construction of special education teachers,it is necessary to pay attention to the development of rural inclusive education teachers,adjust the teachers structure and build a learning community for special education teachers.
