残疾人高等教育是我国教育事业的重要构成部分,也是衡量一个国家教育水平的重要指标。党和国家着力推进残疾人教育事业发展,我国残疾人高等教育逐渐形成新时代中国特色:加强法制法规建设,凸显其战略地位;压实高校主体责任,提升其办学水平;探索多元培养模式,满足其发展需求。同时,我国残疾人高等教育发展始终坚持党的领导,为提高人才培养质量作出指引;不断完善相关立法,为残疾人高教实践提供保障;继续确保资金投入,为构建支持保障体系奠定基础;持续联动各方各部门,为拓展就业创业空间注入动力。
