新时代我国残疾人高等教育的发展特点与展望

摘要 残疾人高等教育是我国教育事业的重要构成部分,也是衡量一个国家教育水平的重要指标。党和国家着力推进残疾人教育事业发展,我国残疾人高等教育逐渐形成新时代中国特色:加强法制法规建设,凸显其战略地位;压实高校主体责任,提升其办学水平;探索多元培养模式,满足其发展需求。同时,我国残疾人高等教育发展始终坚持党的领导,为提高人才培养质量作出指引;不断完善相关立法,为残疾人高教实践提供保障;继续确保资金投入,为构建支持保障体系奠定基础;持续联动各方各部门,为拓展就业创业空间注入动力。 The higher education for the disabled is an important part of China’s education cause,and it is also an important indicator to measure the educational level of a country.The Party and the state make great efforts to promote the development of the education cause of persons with disabilities.The higher education of persons with disabilities in China form a new era with Chinese characteristics:strengthen the construction of laws and regulations to highlight its strategic position;compact the main responsibility of colleges and universities to improve their school-running level;explore multiple training mode to meet its development needs.At the same time,the higher education of the disabled in China always adheres to the leadership of the Party and makes guidance for improving the quality of personnel training;improves relevant legislation to provide guarantee for the practice of higher education for the disabled;continues to ensure financial input to lay the foundation for building a support system;continues to interact with all departments to inject impetus into creating more opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship.
