体育事业投入与经济增长——基于产业结构和健康资本中介效应的实证研究

Sports Business Investment and Economic Growth——Empirical Study Based on Mediating Effect of Industrial Structure and Health Capital

体育事业投入与经济增长之间存在显著关系,研究体育事业促进经济增长的机制对于我国体育事业资源配置和体育政策制定具有重要意义。在梳理体育事业投入促进经济增长相关理论的基础上,引入产业结构优化和健康资本提升两个中介变量,利用多重中介模型对体育事业投入的经济增长效应进行实证检验。结果表明:当前我国体育事业投入促进经济增长的主要来源是竞技体育的正外部经济效应,产业结构优化和健康资本提升的中介效应较小。主要原因是体育事业相对投入规模较小、体育事业省际投入差距悬殊、体育事业内部投入结构失衡。因此,我国政府应提升体育投入占比,挖掘体育经济价值;回归以人为本观念,统筹各类体育事业;加强体医结合工程,提升健康人力资本;注重区域发展均衡,完善基本公共服务。

There is a significant relationship between sports investment and economic growth,and it is important to study the mechanism of sports to promote economic growth for the allocation of sports resources and sports policy formulation in China.On the basis of theories related to the promotion of economic growth by sports investment,two mediating variables of industrial structure optimization and health capital enhancement are introduced,and a multiple mediation model is used to empirically test the economic growth effect of sports investment.The results show that the main source of economic growth promoted by sports investment in China is the positive external economic effect of competitive sports,and the mediating effects of industrial structure optimization and health capital enhancement are small.The main reasons are the small scale of relative investment in sports,the wide gap between provincial investment in sports and the imbalance of internal investment structure in sports.Therefore,the government should increase the proportion of sports investment and explore the economic value of sports,return to the concept of people-oriented and coordinate various sports undertakings,strengthen the project of integrating sports and medicine to improve health human capital and focus on balanced regional development and improve basic public services.
