红色资源带动乡村振兴的运行逻辑与实践进路--以六安市D村为例

The Operational Logic and Practical Approach of Rural Revitalization Driven by Red Resources:Taking D Village in Lu'an City as an Example

乡村红色资源开发是推动乡村振兴的重要抓手,对于促进乡村产业兴旺、实现乡村生态宜居、塑造乡风文明、推动乡村治理有效、进而达到乡村生活富裕意义重大。当前红色乡村带动乡村振兴面临着基层党组织引领作用薄弱、基础设施开发尚未完善、红色资源挖掘力度不够、产业带动效应不足等瓶颈阻碍。革命老区六安市D村从“强体——铸魂——造血”等几方面切入,为红色资源带动乡村振兴提供了实践样板。下一步,可以从修复红色旧址,建强红色阵地;激活红色文化,守好红色根脉;串联红色资源,壮大村内产业等几个层面发力,确保红色资源开发带动乡村振兴实践更为切实有效。

The development of rural red resources is an important starting point to promote rural revitalization.It is of great significance to promote the prosperity of rural industries,realize rural ecological livability,shape rural civilization,promote effective rural governance,and achieve rural life prosperity.At present,the promotion of rural revitalization by red villages is facing bottlenecks such as weak leading role of grassroots party organizations,incomplete infrastructure development,insufficient mining of red resources,and insufficient industrial driving effects.D village in Lu'an City,an old revolutionary area,started from several aspects such as“strengthening the body--casting the soul--improving the hematopoietic function”,providing a practical model for red resources to drive rural revitalization.The study believes that it should start from several levels,such as repairing the old red sites and building a strong red position;activating the red culture and protecting the red roots;connecting red resources and strengthening the village industry to ensure that the practice of red resource development to drive rural revitalization is more effective.
