党的十八大以来我国采取多种举措打造网络空间命运共同体,成效显著。但是,当前网络生活中也存在一定的问题,这与网民缺乏公共精神有密切联系。公共精神是人类社会文明高度发展的重要结晶,对涵育网络空间命运共同体具有重要意义。培养网民网络自律、加强媒体宣传力度以及完善社会制度监管能有效解决网络空间命运共同体存在的公共精神不足的问题。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,China has taken various measures to build a community with a shared future in cyberspace and achieved notable results.However,there are some problems in the current network,which are closely related to the lack of public spirit of netizens.Public spirit is an important crystallization of the highly developed human civilization,and is of great significance to fostering a community with a shared future in cyberspace.The lack of public spirit in the community of shared future in cyberspace can be effectively solved by cultivating Internet users'self-discipline,strengthening media publicity and perfecting social system supervision.
