摘要 以巴彦高勒矿井11盘区311101首采工作面为研究对象,对工作面矿山压力显现规律进行研究,制定了现场实时监测方案,利用KJ653煤矿顶板动态监测系统对液压支架工作阻力进行监测。研究结果表明,工作面初次来压步距平均为94.55 m,周期来压步距平均为26.5 m;工作面中部支架的工作阻力明显高于两端支架的工作阻力且中部和两端矿压显现不同步;“见方”期间工作面液压支架压力明显增加,表明矿压显现剧烈,基本顶的周期来压步距小于正常推进时期。研究结果可为该盘区其他工作面的安全高效生产提供参考依据。 Taking the first working face 311101 in Bayangaole Mine 11 panel area as the research object,the law of mine pressure in the working face was studied,and the real-time monitoring scheme was developed.KJ653 coal mine roof dynamic monitoring system was used to monitor the working resistance of hydraulic support.The results show that the average weighting step distance of the first and periodic steps of the working face is 94.55 m and 26.5 m respectively.The working resistance of the support in the middle of the working face is obviously higher than that of the support at both ends and the ore pressure in the middle and the two ends is not synchronous.The pressure of hydraulic support on the working face increased significantly during the"square"period,indicating that the ore pressure appeared sharply,and the periodical weighting step distance of the basic roof was smaller than the normal advance period.The research results can provide reference for safe and efficient production of other working faces in the panel.
