小半径曲线隧道盾构施工测控技术分析

摘要 通过曲线始发的小半径曲线地铁盾构隧道施工测控过程,对盾构隧道曲线始发技术、施工过程管片受力情况、盾构机姿态控制方法等进行了分析。针对小半径曲线隧道盾构施工测控中出现的盾构机姿态与管片姿态出现偏差的问题,提出了盾构隧道“割线法”曲线始发技术。通过盾构机姿态的预偏量控制,管片最终稳定姿态与设计隧道中心线达到了最佳拟合,偏移量达到规范要求,为矿山、公路、市政、水电等隧道工程测控技术提供了参考。 Based on the measurement and control process of metro shield tunnel construction with small radius curve starting from curve,the curve starting technology of shield tunnel,the stress condition of segment during construction,and the control method of shield machine attitude are analyzed.Aiming at the problem of deviation between shield machine attitude and segment attitude in the measurement and control of small radius curve tunnel shield construction,the"secant method"curve starting technology of shield tunnel is proposed.Through the pre-bias control of the shield machine attitude,the final stable attitude of the segment and the design tunnel center line reached the best fit,and the offset met the specification requirements,providing a reference for the measurement and control technology of mine,highway,municipal,hydropower and other tunnel projects.
