摘要
矿井掘进能力严重制约回采能力,对矿井产量有着重要影响。王家塔煤矿3S104工作面采用掘锚一体机施工大断面切眼,掘进工艺为大断面巷道二次成巷,该掘进工艺在王家塔煤矿是首次试用,现场顺利完成了首个切眼施工,为掘锚一体机掘进工艺多样化及施工大断面巷道技术打下了良好基础,对煤矿掘锚一体机施工大断面切眼二次成巷掘进工艺具有一定的参考价值。支护速度则是影响掘进能力的关键因素,若不能有效提升矿井的掘进能力,将会造成采掘失调。为此,在借鉴综掘机施工切眼支护方式的基础上,确定了掘锚一体机施工大断面半煤岩巷切眼的支护参数,优化了连续自移式掘支锚护装置,研究了掘支锚护连续平行作业新工艺,减少了设备的移动,实现了大断面半煤岩巷快速掘支锚护,取得了较好的应用效果,对于保障矿井生产接续具有重要意义。
Mine tunneling ability seriously restrain extraction ability,restricts the mine production,3S104 working face of Wangjiada Coal Mine by digging anchor all-in-one construction,large section cut excavation process for the large section roadway second lane,the tunneling process is the first trial Wangjiata Coal Mine,through the study and practice the construction,successfully completed the first cut for digging anchor all-in-one drivage technology diversity and construction technology laid a good foundation,heavy seciton tunnel construction of coal mine digging anchor machine large secondary section cut into lane tunneling technology has a certain reference value.Support rate are the key factors that affect driving ability,if not effectively improve mine tunneling ability,will cause disorder of mining.Therefore,through the investigation and study,draw lessons from comprehensive tunneling machine cut way of supporting construction,determine the construction of large cross-section half coal rock digging anchor machine cut the supporting parameters,optimize the continuous self positionable digging anchor protection,studied the digging the anchor continuous new technology of parallel operation,reduced the equipments of mobile,realize the quick rock digging a large section of half coal anchor protection,and have achieved good application effect,to reduce production in coal mine is of great significance.
