摘要
煤矿井下电网对于保证煤矿安全高效生产具有重要作用。针对目前煤矿井下高压电网防越级跳闸保护系统不完善,导致井下高压电网因短路时常出现越级跳闸引起井下大面积停电、造成瓦斯积聚问题,通过对煤矿井下供电系统结构进行分析,采用数字式光纤电流纵联差动技术,设计了一种煤矿井下防越级跳闸保护系统,对硬件模块和软件编程进行了设计,并在晋华宫煤矿12层307盘区变电所现场应用。结果表明,设计的防越级跳闸保护系统解决了井下高压电网因短路造成的越级跳闸问题,可保证煤矿供电系统正常运行达17530 h,实现了对煤矿井下供电系统的全面监控保护,为煤矿安全高效生产提供了保障,取得良好的应用效果和经济效益。
Underground power grid plays an important role in ensuring safe and efficient production in coal mines.In view of the current imperfect protection system against skip tripping of the underground high-voltage power grid in coal mines,which often leads to skip tripping of the underground high-voltage power grid due to short circuit,resulting in large underground power failure and gas accumulation,through the analysis of the structure of the underground power supply system in coal mines,the digital optical fiber current longitudinal differential technology is adopted to design a protection system against skip tripping in coal mines,and the hardware module and software programming are designed.It is also applied in the 307 panel substation on the 12th floor of Jinhuagong Coal Mine.The results show that the designed anti-skip trip protection system solves the problem of skip trip caused by short circuit in the underground high-voltage power grid,can ensure the normal operation of the coal mine power supply system up to 17530 hours,realize the comprehensive monitoring and protection of the coal mine power supply system,provide guarantee for the safe and efficient production of the coal mine,and achieve good application results and economic benefits.
