摘要 煤矿岩巷掘进中的常见问题主要有掘进工作面积水、综掘机退机和矸石运输下滑等。针对以上问题,以乌东煤矿北区+350~+300 m运输下山掘进为工程背景,优化了掘进工作面控水方案,得出运输下山上部分采用及时排水、下部分采用提前排水方式,通过调整综掘机二运胶带机工作倾角、增加带扣数量及胶带表面加装横向胶带条等方法,增加了胶带与矸石的摩擦力;通过改善综掘机工作环境、采用深齿履带等方法解决了综掘机行走问题,实现了运输下山安全快速掘进。 The common problems in coal mine rock roadway excavation mainly include the water in the excavation working area,the withdrawal of the fully-mechanized excavator and the decline of the gangue transportation.In view of the above problems,taking the+350~+300 m transportation downhill driving in the north of Wudong Coal Mine as the engineering background,the water control scheme of the driving face was optimized,and it was concluded that the upper part of the transportation downhill was drained in time,and the lower part was drained in advance.The friction between the belt and the gangue was increased by adjusting the working angle of the second conveyor belt conveyor of the comprehensive excavator,increasing the number of buckles,and adding transverse belt strips on the surface of the belt.By improving the working environment of the fully-mechanized excavator and adopting the deep tooth crawler,the problem of the fully-mechanized excavator's walking was solved,and the safe and fast driving down the mountain was realized.
