静压排桩贯入对地下管道影响的有限元分析

摘要 为保证城市地下管道的安全性,工程施工过程中应对静压排桩贯入建立有限元模型予以模拟。采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了三根桩以及一根埋地管道的三维模型,得到了先中间后两边贯入、从一边依次贯入两种压桩顺序的模型,以期模拟静压排桩的施工过程。通过提取贯入过程中对地下管线产生的应力及位移数据,对比分析静压排桩贯入及不同压桩顺序对埋地管道的影响。研究结果表明,静压排桩贯入对地下管道产生的应力和位移随着各桩的贯入积累及打桩顺序不同而增加;静压排桩贯入对临近地下管道的应力、位移及排桩中的单桩贯入对临近地下管道产生的大主应力及位移与其被贯入的次序有关,采用不同打桩顺序的数值模拟可以较好地预测桩体贯入产生的应力和位移。 In order to ensure the safety of urban underground pipelines, a finite element model was established to simulate the penetration of static pressure piles during the construction process. A three-dimensional model of three piles and a buried pipeline was established by finite element software ABAQUS, and the models of two pile-pressing sequences were obtained, which were penetrated in the middle and then on both sides, and then penetrated from one side in turn, in order to simulate the construction of static piles. process. By extracting the stress and displacement data of the underground pipeline during the penetration process, the influence of the penetration of piles and different pile pressing sequences on the buried pipeline was compared and analyzed. The research results showed that the stress and displacement caused by the penetration of static pressure piles on the underground pipeline increased with the accumulation of penetration of each pile and the sequence of piling;the stress and displacement of the adjacent underground pipelines caused by the penetration of piles, and the major principal stress and displacement caused by the penetration of single piles in the piles into the adjacent underground pipelines were related to the order of penetration. Numerical simulations with different pile driving sequences can better predict the stress and displacement due to pile penetration.
