基于D&M模型的短视频平台青少年模式满意度研究

D&M Model-based Research on Adolescent Model Satisfaction in Short Video Platforms

[目的/意义]从信息系统角度探究短视频平台青少年模式用户满意度的影响因素,为改善和优化青少年模式提出相关建议。[方法/过程]基于文献调研和信息系统成功模型构建短视频平台青少年模式满意度模型,通过对安徽省各地使用过青少年模式的一千余名学生和家长进行问卷调研获取实证数据,利用SPSS验证量表的可行性和有效性,通过AMOS验证青少年模式满意度模型提出的研究假设。[结果/结论]结构方程模型的路径分析表明青少年模式提供的视频内容质量显著影响满意度评价,而青少年模式的系统质量和服务质量与用户满意度虽相关但并未产生显著影响。

[Purpose/significance] From the perspective of information system,it explores the influencing factors of user satisfaction in the adolescent mode of short video platforms,and puts forward relevant suggestions for improving and optimizing the anti addiction system of adolescents.[Method/process] Based on literature survey and D&M model of information system,the paper constructs the adolescent mode satisfaction model of short video platform,obtains empirical data by questionnaire surveying more than 1000 students and parents who have used the adolescent mode in various parts of Anhui Province,and finally uses the feasibility and effectiveness of SPSS verification scale to verify the research hypothesis proposed by the adolescent model satisfaction model through AMOS. [Result/conclusion] The AMOS path analysis shows that the quality of video content provided by teen mode significantly affects satisfaction evaluation,while the system quality and service quality of teen mode are related to user satisfaction but haven’t a significant impact.
