论竞争情报在产业绿色创新能力提升中的作用及效率评价——以高技术产业为例

On the Role and Efficiency Evaluation of Competitive Intelligence in the Improvement of Industrial Green Innovation Ability:Taking High-tech Industry as an Example

[目的/意义]旨在分析竞争情报对高技术产业绿色创新的作用过程以及情报获取对绿色创新效率的提升作用,最终达到优化资源配置。[方法/过程]选取2011—2019年的我国部分省市高技术产业作为研究样本,基于DEA模型对高技术产业的创新效率进行分析评价,深入探究采集和利用竞争情报对产业创新效率的影响的具体程度。[结果/结论]支持采集竞争情报—知识转化—技术创新—产业创新这一绿色创新途径,证明竞争情报在产业创新中发挥重要作用,同时构建绿色创新效率评价模型具体评价竞争情报在产业绿色创新能力提升中的效率,北京、浙江和广东等竞争情报优势明显,绿色创新效率高。

[Purpose/significance] It aims to analyze the role of competitive intelligence on green innovation in high-tech industries and the role of information acquisition in improving the efficiency of green innovation,and finally optimize the allocation of resources. [Method/process] It selects the high-tech industry in some provinces of China from 2011 to 2019 as the research sample,analyzes and evaluates the innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry based on the DEA model,and deeply explores the specific process of the impact of the collection and utilization of competitive intelligence on the industrial innovation efficiency. [Result/conclusion] It supports the green innovation approach of collecting competitive intelligence-knowledge transformation-technological innovation-industrial innovation,demonstrates that comepetitive intelligence-knowledge plays an important role in industrial innovation. At the same time,the paper builds an evaluation model of green innovation efficiency to specifically evaluate the efficiency of competitive intelligence in the improvement of industrial green innovation ability. Beijing,Zhejiang and Guangdong have obvious competitive intelligence advantage and high green innovation efficiency.
