生态文明与工业文明的关系问题、生态文明的价值归宿问题是生态文明理论研究和建设实践中的核心问题。生态文明既不是单纯使工业文明生态化,也不是对工业文明的绝对否定,而是超越工业文明的新型文明形态。生态文明建设不应以“生态中心主义价值观”或“现代人类中心主义价值观”为本位,而应以不断满足人民对美好生活的需要和追求,实现“人民的福祉”为本位。生态文明建设要以人与自然和谐共生以及可持续发展为价值旨归,树立自然生态保护与社会经济发展协同共进的双重价值目标和“人类命运共同体”的价值理念,把美丽中国建设与全球环境治理有机结合起来。

The relationship between ecological civilization and industrial civilization,the essence and the value destination of ecological civilization are the core problems in the theoretical research and construction practice of ecological civilization.Ecological civilization is neither the ecologicalization of the existing industrial civilization nor absolute negation of industrial civilization,but a new form of civilization that transcends the industrial civilization.Ecological civilization construction cannot take the“eco-centrism”and the“modern anthropocentrism”as the value standard but to continuously meet the needs and pursuits of the people for a better life,to achieve“the wellbeing of the people”,uphold the vision of creating a community of shared future for mankind,integrate the building of a beautiful China with global environmental governance.
