摘要
采用超声辅助法从南瓜中提取色素作为天然染料,并将其用于改性棉织物的染色。探讨了不同媒染法和媒染剂种类对织物染色性能及色牢度的影响,并优化了染色工艺。结果表明,南瓜色素最佳的染色条件为:天然染料质量浓度40 g/L,5 g/L硫酸亚铁,浴比1∶60,95℃同浴媒染90 min,染色棉织物的色牢度能达到4级以上。
A natural dye is extracted from pumpkin with the ultrasonic-assisted method, and it is used to dye modified cotton fabric. The effects of different mordant dyeing methods and mordant types on the dyeing properties and color fastness of fabrics are discussed, and the dyeing process is optimized. The results show that the optimum dyeing conditions of pumpkin dyes are as follows: natural pumpkin dye 40 g/L, bath ratio 1∶60,95 ℃ for 90 min. The color fastness of dyed cotton fabric can reach Grade 4 or above.
