摘要
综述了近年来纤维素的衍生物羧甲基纤维素(CMC)基食品包装膜制备及应用的最新研究进展,重点讨论了CMC基薄膜的制备方法,总结了CMC材料在传统可食保鲜包装膜和绿色智能指示膜等食品包装中的应用。CMC基食品包装薄膜的制备和推广应用在减少石油基不可降解塑料袋的使用、白色污染,提高食品质量和安全方面意义重大,具有重要社会意义和经济价值。
The latest research progress in the preparation and application of cellulose derivative carboxymethylcellulose(CMC)-based food packaging films in recent years are reviewed,with the focus on the preparation methods of CMC-based films,as well as the summarization on the application of CMC materials in traditional edible fresh-keeping packaging films and green intelligent indicator films etc..The preparation,popularization and application of CMC-based food packaging films is of great significance in reducing the use of petroleum-based non-degradable plastic bags and white pollution,while improving food quality and safety,which has important social significance and economic value.
