某轻卡挂挡分析及其优化

摘要 为解决某轻卡离合器挂挡困难问题,对离合器操纵机构、变速箱一轴与从动盘花键的配合间隙、从动盘转动惯量、变速箱阻尼力矩、一轴与飞轮轴承的同轴度、离合器结构和摩擦片性能等因素进行排查,制定改进措施并进行路试验证。分析表明,变速箱一轴与从动盘花键配合间隙过小、从动盘转动惯量过大、一轴和花键之间积聚的碎屑是造成挂挡困难的主要原因。试验结果表明,采用增大从动盘花键齿槽宽、减小从动盘外径尺寸、开发自防护从动盘等措施,可有效解决挂挡困难问题。 In order to solve the engaging problem of a light truck clutch,the clutch control mechanism,the fit clearance between the first shaft of the gearbox and the spline of the driven plate,the rotational inertia of the driven plate,the damping moment of the gearbox,the coaxiality of the first shaft and the flywheel bearing,the structure of the clutch itself and the performance of the friction plate are investigated,and the improvements are performed and tested on the road.It is found that the main reasons for the difficulty in gear shifting are too small fit clearance between the first shaft of the gearbox and the spline of the driven plate,too large rotating inertia of the driven plate,and the debris accumulated between the first shaft and the spline.It has been verified by the test that improvements such as increasing the width of the spline tooth slot of the driven disk,reducing the outer diameter of the driven disk,and developing the self-protection driven disk can effectively solve the problem of engaging difficulty.
