From the enuan ce,1st Seas on looks more like a drinking than an eating es-tablishment.It is,in fact,a well-stocked bar in front,offering more than 400 different cocktails and darkness lit with the occasi o nal neon blue accent.Even the back dining room gives off a deconstructed club feel,with high,exposed in dustrial ceilings and a rather empty space that is apt to have diners struggling to connect the decor with the lovely things on their plate.
