Easing into the former space of failed(and voweldeficient)cocktail club CVRVE,which lasted about a year after replacing two-decade-old institution Long Bar,Camus has scored high-class digs from which to debut their first restaurant and show room in the world.The 150-year-old French cognac company has decided that China is the new frontier,and heir Cyril Camus has been working hard to entice the locals,first with a private showroom in Beijing and now with this F&B establishment in Shanghai Centre.
