Good news for sushi fans;Shanghai has another exclusive omakase restaurant to its name,joining the legions of Aoki,Sushi Oyama,Naramoto et al.Like many restaurants of this caliber Sushi Yano flaunts a compact interioi;consisting of a central sushi bar flanked by two smaller rooms.Rather than being darkly lit and romantic,Yano is bright and clean,with a distinctly 90s Japanese aesthetic.Upbeat Japanese pop music resounded the tiny space on our visit.
