INTERCONTINENTAL SHANGHAI EXPO DESIGNATES MOORE LIU AS EXECUTIVE CHEF Moore Liu has been recently appointed to the position of Executive Chef at InterContinental Shanghai Expo.Shanghai-born,Moore has been working as a chef both in China and abroad for over 20 years.He joined InterContinental Shanghai Expo as Executive Sous Chef about six years ago and was part of the hotel’s successful pre-opening team.
