隔膜透气性对锂离子导通性影响的研究

摘要 本文研究了PE基膜微孔结构对氧化铝涂层透气度的影响以及涂层透气度对涂层隔膜锂离子导通性的影响。实验结果表明,表面孔径较大、曲折度较低的基膜涂覆氧化铝隔膜的透气度值相对较小,锂离子电导率相对较高;氧化铝涂层透气度越高,隔膜的锂离子电导率明显降低。因此,应选择合适透气度的基膜,并尽量减小涂层透气度,以保证隔膜的锂离子导通性。 In this paper, the influence of microporous structure of PE basement membrane on the permeability of alumina coating and the influence of coating permeability on the lithium ion conductivity of coated separator were studied. The experimental results showed that the permeability of alumina membrane coated with basement membrane with large surface aperture and low tortuosity was relatively small, and the lithium ion conductivity was relatively high. The higher the permeability of alumina coating,the lower the lithium ion conductivity of the separator was. Therefore, the basement membrane with appropriate permeability should be selected, and the permeability of the coating should be reduced as much as possible to ensure the lithium ion conductivity of the separator.
