摘要
为进一步增强沥青路面铣刨料的回收利用效果,保证再生沥青混合料的路用性能,降低再生混合料成本,采用低标号硬质沥青作为再生混合料新加胶结料,进行高模量再生混合料的设计,并通过室内试验及试验段验证。研究表明,RAP掺量为30%的HRC-20混合料具有优异的高温、模量和疲劳性能。将高模量沥青混合料与再生技术结合,实现了旧铣刨料沥青的充分利用,可为大量高速公路改扩建工程旧料利用提供技术支撑。
In order to further enhance the recycling effect of the asphalt pavement milling material,ensure the road performance of the recycled asphalt mixture,and reduce the cost of the recycled mixture,the low-grade hard asphalt is used as the recycled mixture and the new binder is added for high-modulus recycled mixing.The design of the material is verified by laboratory tests and test sections.Studies have shown that HRC-20 mixture with 30%RAP content has excellent high temperature,modulus and fatigue properties.The combination of high-modulus asphalt mixture and recycling technology realizes the full utilization of old milled asphalt,and provides technical support for the utilization of old materials for a large number of highway reconstruction and expansion projects.
