摘要
基于交通工程第三方试验室内道路交通用反光膜产品试验检测研究背景下,针对道路交通用反光膜产品色度性能参数,研究分析分光测色计对道路交通用反光膜表面色的测试环境、检测流程以及可能引起的道路交通用反光膜表面色的不确定度的各分量来源,从而对其不确定度进行合理的评估分析合成不确定度、扩展不确定度等,由此得出试验检测设备本身的示值误差导致的不确定度数据贡献最大,试验检测人员重复性测量导致的不确定度分量引入的不确定度分量是次要的。用以确保试验检测人员在日常道路交通用反光膜产品色度性能测试中确保结果的可靠性,增强试验检测机构在此检测领域的公信力。
Based on the research of road traffic reflective film products in the Third Party laboratory of the transport engineering,the color performance parameters of road traffic reflective film products are analyzed,this paper studies and analyzes the testing environment,testing process and the sources of the uncertainty of the surface color of the reflective film for road traffic caused by the spectrophotometer,thus,the uncertainty of the test equipment is reasonably evaluated and analyzed,the composite uncertainty,the expanded uncertainty and so on.From this,it is concluded that the biggest contribution of the uncertainty data is caused by the indication error of the test equipment itself,the uncertainty component introduced by the uncertainty component caused by the repeated measurement of the tester is of secondary importance.It is used to ensure the reliability of the test results in the test of the chromaticity performance of the reflective film products for road traffic,and to enhance the credibility of the test institution in this field.
