摘要
公共自行车可解决公交出行“最后一公里”的问题并且缓解城市交通“两难”。从骑行者视角出发,以便捷性、舒适性、安全性和机动性为主要指标,对公共自行车主要的三大设施(公共自行车站点、公共自行车以及锁止装置)进行服务水平等级划分。通过公共自行车的借还数据,运用SPSS对骑行者的骑行距离、骑行时间以及骑行客流的定量指标进行确定;而对各等级现状类及实际情况等的定性指标则通过调查问卷法进行确定,分别制定五个等级的分级标准。最后运用加权法确定各设施的总体服务水平,并针对单一站点公共自行车设施及区域型公共自行车设施分别建立整体服务水平评价模型。以公共自行车轨交塔园路站及其所属区域为实例得出其服务水平均为B级。
Public bicycles can solve the"last kilometer"problem of bus travel and alleviate the"dilemma"of urban transportation.From the perspective of cyclists,the three main facilities,which lock and the public bicycle are classified with public convenience,comfort,safety and mobility as the main indicators.Through SPSS,the quantitative indicators of the cycling distance,cycling time and cycling passenger flow are determined,while the qualitative indicators of each status and actual situation are determined by questionnaire method,and five grades are formulated respectively.Finally,the weighted method is used to determine the overall service level of each facility,and establish the overall service level evaluation model for the single station public bicycle facilities and the regional public bicycle facilities respectively.The service level of public bicycle rail station and its area is taken as an example and its service level is B.
