摘要
“双减”引领教育理念重塑、保障教师权益、指明专业提升方向及多方协同育人,为教师减负带来机遇,但是面对高质量课堂教学、高水准评价反馈以及课后延时服务的高压,若不能很好转化不仅内耗教师自身生命力,而且将损害教育质量。因此,要求教师通过提高思想政治站位、课堂教学能力、评价素养以及课后服务水平等路径进行自我减负。
“Double Reduction” leads to the reshaping of education concept, the protection of teachers’ rights and interests, the direction of professional improvement and multi-party cooperative education, which brings opportunities for teachers to reduce their burden. If it cannot be well transformed, it will not only consume teachers’ own vitality, but also damage the quality of education in the face of high-quality classroom teaching, high-level evaluation feedback and high-pressure after-school delay service. Therefore, teachers are required to reduce their burden by improving their ideological and political position, classroom teaching ability, evaluation literacy and after-school service level.
