我国高校硕士外语教师科研状况调查及影响因素研究

Research on Scientific Research Status and Influencing Factors of Foreign Language Teachers with Master’s Degree in Chinese Colleges and Universities

为研究我国高校硕士外语教师的科研状况和影响因素,调查了54位在我国高校任教5年以上的具有硕士学位外语教师的论文发表和课题申报情况,并根据问卷调查结果选取了4位教师进行为期两年的跟踪观察和访谈。研究发现:一是硕士外语教师整体科研成果少、参与度不高;二是影响硕士外语教师科研的因素主要包括应然自我与实然自我差距太大,缺乏积极的科研体验,理想自我不清晰;三是影响硕士外语教师科研的因素从环境向自我转变。研究表明,建构科研理想自我是硕士外语教师改善科研状况、提升专业能力的关键。

In order to study the scientific research status and influencing factors of foreign language teachers with master’s degree in Chinese colleges and universities, 54 foreign language teachers with master’s degree who have taught in Chinese colleges and universities for more than 5 years were investigated for their paper publication and project application. According to the results of the questionnaire survey, 4 teachers were selected for a two-year follow-up observation and interview. The findings indicate that the overall scientific research achievements of foreign language teachers with master’s degree are few and the participation is not high;the factors that affect the research of foreign language teachers mainly include the gap between the ought-self and actual-self, the lack of positive research experience, and the unclear ideal-self;the factors affecting the research of foreign language teachers change from the environmental factors to the self factors. The research shows that constructing the ideal-self of scientific research is the key for foreign language teachers with master’s degree to improve their scientific research and professional ability.
