四川省手术室专科护士工作投入水平及影响因素分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的了解手术室专科护士工作投入现状及影响因素,为制订针对性干预方案提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、专科护士工作投入量表、三维度性格优势问卷、临床护理人员信息素养自评量表、工作重塑量表对四川省16所三级甲等医院的641名手术室专科护士进行调查。结果手术室专科护士工作投入总分为134.54±7.72;是否喜欢亚专科护理工作、职称、健康状况、性格优势、信息素养、工作重塑是手术室专科护士工作投入的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论手术室专科护士工作投入处于中等偏上水平,管理者应关注初级职称、不喜欢亚专科护理工作、性格优势表现不突出且健康状况欠佳者,注重其信息素养和工作重塑水平的提升,以进一步提高手术室专科护士的工作投入。 Objective To evaluate work engagement and its determinants in operating room specialist nurses, and to provide reference for targeted intervention. Methods A total of 641 operating room specialist nurses from 16 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan province were surveyed by using a demographic data questionnaire, the Specialty Nurse Work Engagement Scale, Three-Dimensional Inventory of Character Strengths, the Clinical Nursing Staff Information Literacy Self-rating Scale and the Job Crafting Scale. Results The participants scored 134.54±7.72 on work engagement. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that liking or disliking their sub-specialty, professional title, health status, character strengths, information literacy, and job crafting were determinants of work engagement(all P<0.05). Conclusion Operating room specialist nurses reported moderate to high work engagement. Nursing managers should pay more attention to those with junior title, disliking the sub-specialty, with low character strengths and poor health, and enhance their information literacy and job crafting, thus to promote their work engagement.
