安宁疗护护士职业成功感及影响因素调查分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解安宁疗护护士职业成功感及其影响因素,为针对性干预提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、中文版职业成功感量表、体面劳动感知量表、职业尊重感量表对青岛市230名安宁疗护护士进行调查。结果职业成功感、体面劳动感及职业尊重感得分分别为32.91±7.39、48.79±7.85、91.14±13.07,三者呈显著正相关(r=0.184~0.989,均P<0.05)。单因素分析显示,不同医院类别、年龄、职称、月收入的安宁疗护护士职业成功感得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论安宁疗护护士职业成功感处于中等水平,拓展职称晋升渠道、提高收入,尊重护理工作,可望提高其职业成功感,有利稳定护理队伍。 Objective To investigate career success and its determinants among hospice nurses and to provide reference for targeted intervention. Methods A total of 230 hospice nurses in Qingdao were asked to fill out a demographics questionnaire, the Chinese version of Career Success Scale, Decent Work Scale and Job-Esteem Scale for Nurses in Hospital. Results The scores of career success, decent work and job-esteem were 32.91±7.39, 48.79±7.85, and 91.14±13.07, respectively, showing significantly positive correlations among them(r=0.184-0.989, all P<0.05). Univariate analysis showed that the following were influencing factors for career success: hospital type, age, professional title and monthly income(all P<0.05). Conclusion Hospice nurses report moderate level of career success. Nursing managers should expand channels for promotion of professional titles, increase income, and respect nurse′s work, thus to improve their career success and stabilize nursing team.
