“国家的强盛,归根结底必须依靠人才”。习近平总书记关于人才、教育,特别是的思政课教师队伍建设的重要论述,为新时代思政课教师明确了身份定位,为新时代思政课教师队伍建设提供了根本遵循、明确了总体要求和目标任务。党的十八大以来,思政课教师队伍建设取得丰硕成果,走进新时代,要从师德师风建设、队伍规模、专业能力、综合素质、教学水平、对民办高校思政教教师队伍监督等方面,推动高校思政课教师队伍整体水平的提升。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, fruitful results have been achieved in the building of the contingent of teachers for ideological and political courses. As we enter the new era, it is necessary to promote the improvement of the overall level of the contingent of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in terms of the building of teachers’ morality and teaching style, the size of the contingent, professional ability, comprehensive quality, teaching level, and supervision of the contingent of ideological and political education teachers in colleges and universities.
