摘要 高校教师分类评价是未来的必然趋势,其分类评价指标体系的构建是确保评价结果科学性的关键要素。为此,论文首先论述了高校教师分类评价指标体系构建的必要性,其次探讨了指标体系构建必须遵循的科学性、全面性、发展性和经济性四个原则,最后阐述了明确评价目标、遵循评价原则、完善评价功能和优化评价体系的构建要点,为构建健全高校教师分类评价指标体系提供借鉴和参考。 The classification and evaluation of college teachers is an inevitable trend in the future, and the construction of its classification evaluation index system is the key element to ensure the scientific nature of the evaluation results. For this purpose, this paper first discusses the necessity of constructing a classification evaluation index system for college teachers, secondly discusses the four principles of scientificity, comprehensiveness, development and economy that must be followed in the construction of the index system, and finally expounds the key points of clarifying evaluation objectives. It follows evaluation principles, improves evaluation functions and optimizes evaluation systems, so as to provide reference and reference for the construction and improvement of the classification evaluation index system for college teachers.
