辽西传统民居民宿化改造策略研究

Study on homestay transformation strategy of traditional residential houses in western Liaoning Province

通过对辽西地区的传统民居建筑、院落、街巷形式特征进行分析与提取,基于保护性更新原则提出传统建筑的民宿化改造目标与方法。以朝阳市裂山梁村为例,对于村内留存的具有特色的传统民居的建造结构、形式提出修缮更新方法。分别针对保留建筑与新建建筑提出差异化的更新与建设策略,为辽西地区传统民居建筑的民宿化改造更新提供示范性方法与策略。

By analyzing and extracting the formal characteristics of traditional residential buildings,courtyards,streets and alleys in western Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward the objectives and methods of the transformation of traditional residential buildings based on the principle of protective renewal.Taking chashanliang village of Chaoyang City as an example,this paper puts forward the repair and renewal methods for the construction structure and form of the characteristic traditional dwellings preserved in the village.Put forward differentiated renewal and construction strategies for reserved buildings and new buildings respectively,and provide demonstration methods and strategies for the renovation and renewal of traditional residential buildings in western Liaoning.
