摘要
装配式结构以其高效建造、绿色环保等优势在城市轨道交通建设中得到广泛应用,深圳地铁12号线沙浦站首次采用“大分块”模式建造,设计制造与传统“小分块”装配式车站存在很大差异。对“大分块”模式预制构件生产关键技术开展研究,并对预制构件生产过程进行结构受力监测,分析预制构件生产及堆存过程中钢筋与混凝土的受力情况。研究结果表明:通过严格把控模具、钢筋和混凝土工程质量,可有效保障预制构件生产质量,监测结果表明,预制构件生产及堆存过程中,结构整体受力稳定,生产效果良好。
The prefabricated structure has been widely used in the construction of urban rail transit because of its advantages of efficient construction and green environmental protection.Shapu Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 12 was built with“large block”mode for the first time.There is a great difference between the design and manufacture and the traditional“small block”assembly station.This paper studies the key production technology of precast members in“large block”mode,monitors the structural stress in the production process of precast components,and analyzes the stress of steel bar and concrete in the process of production and storage of precast components.The research results show that the production quality of precast components can be effectively guaranteed by strictly controlling the engineering quality of mould,steel bar and concrete.the monitoring results show that the overall stress of the structure is stable and the production effect is good in the process of production and storage of prefabricated components.
