在“以车为本”的规划思想之下,街道作为公共空间所具备的交往功能常被忽视,人在街道中的安全感与舒适性无法得到满足。以实现街道安全与人性化设计、激发城市活力作为主要目标,从完整街道的理念入手,通过对研究场地进行现场勘测与分析,详细研究了城市交通和道路系统,针对性的提出改造策略,达到了明晰场地路权、保证交通安全有序、增强街道活力的效果,解决了场地交通混乱的问题,同时期望可以为相关的城市设计提供参考。

Under the“car oriented”planning idea,the function of communicate of the street as a public space is often ignored,and people’s sense of security and comfort in the street can not be satisfied.The main goal of this paper is to realize street safety and user friendly design and inspire the city’s energy.Starting with the concept of complete street,through field survey and analysis of the research site,this paper studies the urban traffic and road system in detail,puts forward targeted transformation strategies,achieves the results of clarifying the site right of way,ensuring traffic safety and order and enhancing the vitality streets,solves the problem of site traffic chaos.At the same time,it is expected to provide reference for relevant urban design.
