MECT合并药物与单纯药物治疗抑郁症的治疗效果对比

Comparison of the Effcacy of MECT Combined with Drugs and Drugs alone in Treating Depression

为对比分析MECT合并药物与单纯药物治疗抑郁症的治疗效果,选取淮安市第三人民医院于2021年1月—2022年1月收治的64例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式将所有研究对象分为研究组与对照组,每组32例。其中给予观察组应用MECT(无抽搐电休克)合并药物(文拉法辛)治疗,给予对照组单纯应用文拉法辛治疗,对比两组研究患者治疗效果、RBANS(认知功能)、HAMD(抑郁量表)、生活质量评分等情况。研究表明,MECT(无抽搐电休克)合并药物(文拉法辛)治疗抑郁症效果明显优于单药治疗,患者认知功能得到有效改善,在短时间内能有效缓解抑郁症状,提升患者生活质量,进一步保证了临床治疗延续性,值得临床大力推广和应用。

In order to compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of MECT combined with drugs and drugs alone on depression,the study subjects were selected from 64 patients with depression admitted to Huai’an Third People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022.According to the treatment methods,all the study subjects were divided into a study group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.Among them,the observation group was treated with MECT(no convulsive electric shock)combined with drugs(venlafaxine),and the control group was treated with venlafaxine alone.The treatment effect,RBANS(cognitive function),HAMD(depression scale)and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Research shows that MECT(no convulsive electric shock)combined with drugs(venlafaxine)has a significantly better effect on treating depression than single drug treatment,and the cognitive function of patients has been effectively improved.It can effectively alleviate depressive symptoms,improve quality of life,and further ensure the continuity of clinical treatment in a short time.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
