氨氯地平贝那普利片结合美托洛尔治疗高血压效果分析

Effect Analysis of Amlodipine Benazepril Tablets Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Hypertension

为观察分析氨氯地平贝那普利片结合美托洛尔治疗高血压患者的治疗效果,选取2019年3月—2021年11月在中国贵航集团302医院心血管内科接受治疗的高血压患者78例,随机分成对照组和观察组两组,每组39例。对照组仅采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用氨氯地平贝那普利片结合美托洛尔进行治疗。观察两组心率水平、血压等指标,记录治疗期间不良反应和总有效率。研究发现,治疗后与对照组相比,观察组血压各项指标改善明显,心率恢复程度高于对照组,总体有效率得到提高,差异明显存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此得出结论,采用氨氯地平贝那普利片结合美托洛尔治疗高血压,临床疗效好,能促进患者血压各项指标控制平稳,值得临床推广与使用。

In order to observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of amlodipine benazepril tablets combined with metoprolol on hypertensive patients,the author selected 78 hypertensive patients who were treated in the Cardiovascular Department of Hospital 302 Attached to Guizhou Aviation Group from March 2019 to November 2021,and randomly divided them into two groups:control group and observation group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group was only treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine benazepril tablets combined with metoprolol.The heart rate,blood pressure and other indicators of the two groups were observed,and the adverse reactions and the total effective rate were recorded during the treatment.The study found that after treatment,compared with the control group,the blood pressure indexes of the observation group improved significantly,the recovery of heart rate was higher than that of the control group,and the overall effective rate was improved.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It can be concluded that amlodipine and benazepril combined with metoprolol have good clinical effect in the treatment of hypertension,which can promote the stable control of various blood pressure indicators of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
