优质护理服务应用于新生儿早产护理的效果分析

To Analyze the Effect of High-quality Nursing Service Applied to the Nursing of Premature Newborn

对新生儿早产护理工作中融入优质护理服务的价值进行分析。南通大学第二附属医院于2020年5月—2021年5月时段纳入大量早产新生儿,从中抽取80例参与此次研究,并依照双盲法均分,人数40例/组。参照组给予传统护理干预,研究组给予优质护理服务,分析比对满意度、并发症发生概率等指标。与研究组满意度比较,参照组满意度为80.00%(32例)显著较低,结果比对有差异(P<0.05);研究组出现并发症的总体概率相比参照组低,结果比对有意义(P<0.05)。由此得出结论,将优质护理全面应用在新生儿早产护理服务中,可提升护理服务质量,获得新生儿家长的高度满意。护理人员需不断总结护理经验,对护理流程予以完善,为临床护理奠定基础,可给予早产新生儿提供更好的服务。

This paper analyzes the value of integrating high-quality nursing services into the nursing of premature delivery of newborns.The Second Affliated Hospital of Nantong University included a large number of premature newborns from May 2020 to May 2021,and 80 of them were selected to participate in the study,and were divided equally according to the double-blind method,with a number of 40 cases/group.The reference group was given traditional nursing intervention,and the research group was given high-quality nursing service.The indexes of satisfaction and complication probability were analyzed and compared.Compared with the satisfaction of the study group,the satisfaction of the reference group was 80.00%(32 cases),which was significantly lower(P<0.05);The overall probability of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the result comparison was significant(P<0.05).It can be concluded that the comprehensive application of high-quality nursing in neonatal premature delivery nursing service can improve the quality of nursing service and obtain the high satisfaction of neonatal parents.Nurses need to constantly sum up nursing experience,improve the nursing process,obtain high-quality nursing services,lay a suffcient foundation for clinical nursing,and provide better services to premature newborns.
