精细化护理在急性脑梗死因高压氧治疗造成中耳气压伤患者中的应用价值

摘要 对因高压氧治疗而引起中耳气压伤的急性脑梗死患者开展精细化护理,并对该护理模式产生的实际效果与影响进行分析。从泗阳县人民医院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的中耳气压伤患者(急性脑梗死患者经高压氧治疗所引起)中随机选取80例进行参考,将其按照就诊时所挂号码的单双属性进行平均分组,分为对比组(常规护理)与分析组(精细化护理)。比较两组患者的生活质量评分、症状改善所需时间、听力状况及对护理的满意度。与对比组相比,分析组患者症状改善所需时间明显更短,该组在其余指标的最终数值上则更高,组间数据差异较为明显(P<0.05),证实精细化护理干预有利于改善急性脑梗死因高压氧治疗造成中耳气压伤患者的听力状况及生活水平,应用价值较为突出,临床应进一步推广。 To carry out intensive nursing for acute cerebral infarction patients with middle ear barotrauma caused by hyperbaric oxygen treatment,and to analyze the actual effect and influence of this nursing mode.80 cases of middle ear barotrauma(caused by hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction)admitted to Siyang People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected for reference.They were divided into the comparison group(routine nursing)and the analysis group(refined Nursing)according to the single and double attributes of the number registered at the time of treatment.The quality of life score,time needed for symptom improvement,hearing status and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Compared with the control group,the time required for the improvement of symptoms of patients in the analysis group was significantly shorter,and thefinal value of other indicators in the analysis group was higher,and the data difference between the groups was more obvious(P<0.05).The refined nursing intervention was conducive to improving the hearing status and living standard of patients with middle ear air pressure injury caused by hyperbaric oxygen treatment for acute cerebral infarction,which was of prominent application value and should be further promoted in clinic.
