社区全程健康教育干预在老年痴呆患者护理管理中的应用效果分析

摘要 为了探究社区全程健康教育干预模式在老年痴呆患者护理管理中的应用价值,选取了航空工业襄阳医院所属辖区的146名老年痴呆患者作为研究对象,并采用随机法分成对照组和试验组。其中,对照组实施常规家庭护理模式,试验组则为社区全程健康教育干预模式,观察两组患者护理前后智力状态、日常生活能力、生活质量情况,记录并进行分析。研究表明,社区全程健康教育护理工作有助于患者疾病恢复,试验组护理效果显著优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此,将社区全程健康教育干预模式应用在老年痴呆患者护理管理中,具有显著的护理效果,值得推广。 In order to explore the application value of the whole process health education intervention model in the nursing management of Alzheimer’s patients,the author selected 146 Alzheimer’s patients in his jurisdiction as the research objects,and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group.Among them,the control group implemented the routine family nursing mode,and the experimental group implemented the community full-scale health education intervention mode.The intelligence status,daily living ability and quality of life of the patients in the two groups before and after nursing were observed,recorded and analyzed.The study showed that the whole process health education and nursing work in the community were helpful to the recovery of patients.The nursing effect of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the application of the whole process health education intervention model in the nursing management of senile dementia patients has significant nursing effect and is worth promoting.
