奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑和泮托拉唑在胃炎胃溃疡治疗中的应用研究

Application of Omeprazole,Lansoprazole and Pantoprazole in the Treatment of Gastritis and Gastric Ulcer

为了探究奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑和泮托拉唑在胃炎胃溃疡治疗中的应用效果,选取2020年1月—12月期间胃炎胃溃疡患者120例,按照计算机随机分配法,分成甲、乙、丙组,各40例,分别给予奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑、泮托拉唑治疗,比对治疗效果及统计学差异。甲组治疗总有效率高于乙组、丙组(c^(2)=3.914,P=0.048),三组均无明显不良反应症状发生。结果证明胃炎胃溃疡患者予奥美拉唑治疗,疗效明确,能够有效改善临床症状,其炎性因子水平、胃泌素族指标等改善明确,不良反应少,安全性高,推荐使用。

In order to explore the effect of omeprazole,lansoprazole and pantoprazole in the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer.From January 2020 to December 2020,the author selected 120 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer and divided them into group A,group B and group C according to the computer random distribution method,with 40 patients each.Omeprazole,lansoprazole and pantoprazole were given respectively.The treatment effect and statistical difference were compared.The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C(c^(2)=3.914,P=0.048).There were no obvious adverse reaction symptoms in the three groups.Patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer are treated with omeprazole,which has a clear effect and can effectively improve clinical symptoms.Its inflammatory factor level,gastrin family indicators and other improvements are clear,with few adverse reactions and high safety.It is recommended to use omeprazole.
