公立医院实施退休人员社会化管理服务的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Implementing Socialized Management Service for Retirees in a Public Hospital

实施退休人员社会化管理服务工作能减轻医院的社会事务负担,退休人员养老金实现统筹发放,其他待遇也实现社会化,极大减少了医院资金压力。结合国有企业退休人员社会化,对某央企集团所属公立医院(事业单位)探索实施退休人员社会化管理工作,分析退休人员社会化管理的重要意义,为今后其他事业单位推进社会化管理提供借鉴、参考。

The implementation of the socialized management and service of retirees can solve the social functions of hospitals,realize the overall distribution of pensions for retirees,and realize the socialization of other benefits,which can greatly reduce thefinancial pressure of hospitals.Combining with the socialization of retirees in state-owned enterprises,this paper explores the implementation of the socialization management of retirees in a public hospital(institution)affliated to a central enterprise group,analyzes the important significance of the socialization management of retirees,and provides reference for other institutions to promote the socialization management in the future.
