社区护理联合干预对2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Community Nursing Combined Intervention on Quality of Life of Type 2 Diabetes

探究分析社区护理联合干预对2型糖尿病病人生活质量的影响。将160例2型糖尿病患者随机分为试验组、对照组。试验组80例,对患者给予全程护理联合干预;对照组80例,对患者进行常规家庭护理。对比两组糖尿病患者的血糖水平、对自身的管理情况以及患者对糖尿病健康知识掌握情况。在社区护理联合干预治疗后,通过两组患者的对比发现各指标间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。社区护理联合干预下的糖尿病患者的护理管理有利于患者更加系统地掌握疾病知识,更好地控制血糖的水平。由此可见,社区护理联合干预下的应用效果评估良好,值得在社区护理临床工作中进行推广应用。

To explore and analyze the effect of community nursing combined intervention on the quality of life of type II diabetes patients.One hundred and sixty patients with type 2o explore and analyze the effect of communityntal group and control group.80 patients in the experimental group were given full course nursing intervention;80 patients in the control group received routine home care.The blood glucose level,self-management and the patients’mastery of health knowledge of diabetes were compared between the two groups of diabetes patients.After the combination of community nursing and intervention,the difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management of diabetes patients under the joint intervention of community nursing is conducive to patients’more systematic mastery of disease knowledge and better control of blood sugar level.It can be seen that the evaluation of the application effect under the joint intervention of community nursing is good,and it is worth popularizing and applying in the clinical work of community nursing.
