抚触联合安慰性吸吮对新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗依从性及疗效的影响

Effect of Touching Combined with Comfort Sucking on Compliance and Effcacy of Blue Light Therapy for Neonatal Jaundice

研讨在新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗中给予抚触联合安慰性吸吮对患儿依从性和疗效的影响。选取2021年1月—2022年1月时段新生儿黄疸患儿76例配合研究,依据双盲法分组,每组38例。参照组执行蓝光治疗基础干预,研究组执行抚触联合安抚性吸吮干预,分析比对患儿治疗依从性、经皮测黄结果、Tbi(l总胆红素)检测结果等指标。研究得出抚触联合安慰性吸吮应用在新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗中,患儿治疗依从性显著提升,获得更高效的退黄疸效果。

To study the influence of touching combined with comfort sucking on the compliance and effcacy of neonates with jaundice treated with blue light.76 neonates with jaundice from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected to cooperate in the study.They were divided into 38 cases in each group according to the double blind method.The basic intervention of blue light therapy was carried out in the reference group,and the touch and pacifying sucking intervention were carried out in the research group.Analyze and compare the treatment compliance,transdermal yellow test results,Tbil(total bilirubin)test results and other indicators of children.The study concluded that the application of touch combined with comfort sucking in the blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice significantly improved the treatment compliance of children,and obtained a more effcient jaundice effect.
