胺碘酮治疗心脏外科术后心房颤动的临床疗效及不良反应分析

Clinical Effcacy and Adverse Effects of Amiodarone in the Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation after Cardiac Surgery

为分析心脏外科术后心房颤动应用胺碘酮治疗的价值,选取2018年2月—2020年6月沧州市人民医院收治的66例心脏外科术后心房颤动患者作为研究对象,并按随机抽样法分为两组(每组33例),对照组给予常规方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予胺碘酮治疗,对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、心功能、临床指标。通过对临床疗效指标和不良反应发生率指标的测定,发现选择胺碘酮治疗心脏外科术后心房颤动不仅可以改善患者临床症状,而且可以确保治疗安全性及有效性,值得临床推广。

Analyze the value of atrialfibrillation of atrialfibrillation after cardiac surgery,and screen for 66 patients with cardiac surgery patients received by Cangzhou People’s Hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 as research objects,and divide them according to random sampling method.For two groups(33 cases in each group),the control group was given conventional scheme treatment.The observation group gave amino iodone treatment on the basis of the control group,compared with the two groups of clinical effcacy,adverse reaction incidence,heart function,and clinical indicators.By determining the incidence of clinical effcacy indicators and adverse reactions,it is found that the choice of iodine iodine to treat atrialfibrillation after cardiac surgery can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
