使用逍遥丸联合四物汤治疗月经不调的临床价值探讨

To Explore the Clinical Value of Xiaoyao Pill Combined with Siwu Decoction in the Treatment of Irregular Menstruation

探讨了使用逍遥丸联合四物汤治疗月经不调的临床价值,选取2020年7月—2021年7月在甘肃省第三人民医院进行治疗的月经不调患者共70例,根据治疗方法分为观察组、对照组,各35例。对照组应用四物汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用逍遥丸。对比两组临床效果、中医证候积分、不良反应。研究发现观察组临床效果高于对照组,中医证候积分优于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。两组间不良反应对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。逍遥丸联合四物汤治疗月经不调效果理想,可显著改善患者临床症状,且不会增加不良反应率,值得进一步推广。

To explore the clinical value of Xiaoyao pill combined with Siwu decoction in the treatment of irregular menstruation.A total of 70 patients with irregular menstruation who were treated in the Third People’s Hospital of Gansu Province from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected.According to the treatment method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Siwu decoction,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyao pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Xiaoyao pill combined with Siwu decoction has an ideal effect in the treatment of irregular menstruation,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients without increasing the rate of adverse reactions,and is worth further promotion.
